Top 3 things to know if you’ve just started at Moody’s

ENROLL EARLY, CHOOSE WISELY

You have a limited window to enroll in your benefits—within 31 days of your start date. Explore your options carefully: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage and more.

Consider whether a High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) with an HSA or a PPO fits your lifestyle and healthcare needs. If you’re in California, consider if the Kaiser HMO plan meets your and your family’s needs over the HDHP or PPO plan.

WELL-BEING RESOURCES ARE BUILT IN

Moody’s offers mental health programs, including confidential counseling. You’ll have access to an Employee Assistance Program (EAP), back-up child and elder care, and more.

YOUR FUTURE STARTS NOW

Take advantage of retirement savings plans like the 401(k), with company matching to help grow your nest egg.

Your benefits aren’t just about today—they’re designed to support your long-term goals.
